within the small picturesque village of Lochawe, on the main tourist
route ( A85 ) We are only 21 miles from Oban, the unofficial
capital of the West highlands and gateway to the Western Isles.

You will enjoy your stay in a pleasant family home. An ideal
stopping place, before touring or catching the ferries to the
islands. Corrie Bank is in an elevated position, at the base of
Ben Cruachan, a mountain that has panoramic views over the
amazing Loch Awe. We offer you a stress free, relaxing stay in
our well-suited cosy bedrooms where you will be waking up with
the romantic whispers of our burn, which is running down from
Ben Cruachan. Visitors can not pass by our home, without taking
photographs of the gorgeous views we have!
Corrie Bank was built by ourselves in 1995. It is a
traditionally built home, offering a light and warm atmosphere.
It has full gas central heating and all modern amenities. |

Local activities include, Golf, walking, hiking and rambling,
photography, watching wildlife, ferry trips on Loch Awe.
Here is an ideal place from
which to enjoy tours into the majestic highland landscape – an
enchanting landscape, steeped in Scottish history – if your
inclination is for hill-walking, we have numerous Munros for you
to climb.
